Information you give us
If you fill in the enquiry form or phone the number on this site, we record the details you provide. That is normally your name, phone number, email, suburb and a description of the bathroom, ensuite or laundry you want renovated. Phone calls may be logged, and may be recorded, so enquiries can be routed and followed up.
During a measure you may also choose to share photos, plans, a hazardous materials report or correspondence from your owners corporation.
Please do not send bank details, card numbers or identity documents through this website. We do not ask for them.
How it is used
Only to respond to your enquiry: contacting you, arranging a measure, preparing a quote and following up.
Who receives it
This website refers enquiries to a builder. The details you give us are passed to the licensed builder we work in partnership with so they can contact you and quote. Anything you share with that builder afterwards is handled under their own privacy practices.
If a job involves asbestos, relevant details may be shared with a licensed asbestos removalist and, where the law requires, with a regulator.
Service providers
Our website host, our phone routing service and our customer relationship management software process information for us. They do not use it for their own purposes.
We never sell personal information.
Retention
We keep enquiry records only for as long as they are needed to deal with your enquiry and meet legal record-keeping requirements. After that they are deleted or de-identified.
Cookies and analytics
The site may set cookies to measure visits and improve pages. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by calling 02 4404 2242. If you are unhappy with how we deal with a privacy complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
We may update this policy. The version published here applies.
