What we do
Castle Hill Bathroom Renovations is a referral service for Hills District homeowners planning a bathroom, ensuite, powder room or laundry renovation. You tell us about the room, a measure is booked, and the builder who would do the work gives you a written, itemised quote.
We do not do the building work ourselves, and we think you should know that from the start.
The builder
Renovation work is carried out in partnership with Coastal Renovation Group, a licensed NSW builder. Licence and insurance details are provided on request. You can check any NSW contractor licence on the NSW Fair Trading public register before signing anything.
Why the Hills
Hills homes follow recognisable patterns. Brick homes from the 1970s and 80s in Baulkham Hills and older parts of Castle Hill, big 1980s and 90s double-storey houses in Cherrybrook and West Pennant Hills, and acreage homes in Glenhaven and Dural. Knowing what is typically behind the tiles in each of those means better advice before the quote and fewer surprises after it.
What we do not claim
No invented reviews. This is a new website. There are no star ratings or testimonials here, because we have not earned any on this site yet.
No prices over the phone. We publish honest cost bands, but a real price needs a measure.
No promises about approvals. We can tell you when approval is likely to be needed. The council, certifier or owners corporation makes the decision.
How a job runs
Measure, layout, itemised written price, selections ordered, asbestos test for pre-1990 homes, then around three to four weeks on site for a main bathroom. The maximum deposit in NSW is 10 per cent. See how we renovate.
